Dr. Downing is by far the best doctor I have experienced in my 53 years of living. He repaired my broken left arm beautifully. He told me truthfully my arm was falling apart and explained thoroughly what needed to be done for my arm to fully function. He is truly a caring physician and his staff are incredibly professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns. God blessed me when Dr. Downing was assigned to me. I look forward to playing my ukelele again!
