I am in my eighth week post-op for rotator cuff repair by Dr. Downing. I have been so pleased with his care throughout the process. I had ruptured the supraspinatus on my right shoulder in a fall. Dr. Downing did an ultrasound of the injured area during my visit to him yesterday, and he said the tendon looks healed and he is pleased with the results. And I am pleased, too. Lots of PT still ahead but the hard part (the surgery) is, hopefully, behind me. Now if I can just remain compliant and do the PT as advised.
